The problem

You didn’t start the business to do the admin.

How it works

We install it, we manage it, you get a weekly receipt.

  1. 01

    We install it

We set up one assistant inside your business — scoped to the tools you already use, with credentials that stay in your accounts, not ours.

  2. 02

    We manage it

We keep it running, coach you on using it, and fix it before you notice when something breaks. You’re never left alone with software that stopped working.

  3. 03

    You get a weekly receipt

Every week, an honest report: what it did, the hours it returned, and the dollar value — every line checked by a human before it reaches you.

The receipt

The strongest thing we can show you is a real weekly report.

This is an illustration with representative numbers. Yours will be your real, verified work — every line checked by a human first.

Weekly report · Aug 4 – Aug 11Managed by Xaikyo

$1,260

handled this week — about 14 hours returned across 23 tasks.

$27,400 returned since launch.

Invoice filing & extraction · 9 tasks$540
Inbox triage · 8 tasks$360
Job folder setup · 4 tasks$240
Dropbox reorganisation · 2 tasks$120

Value = the time each task would take a person (a baseline you agreed) × your agreed hourly cost, for verified work only. Methodology v1.

What it handles

Real tasks, drawn from real clients.

Invoicing & filing

Pull invoice PDFs, file them into the right job folder, extract the numbers into your spreadsheet.

Inbox triage

Sort the morning’s email, flag what needs you, draft the routine replies for your okay.

File organisation

Reorganise years of accumulated files in Dropbox or Drive into something you can actually navigate.

Reconciliation

Match field logs against the books, surface the discrepancies, leave a clean trail.

Job setup

Spin up a new job: folders, contracts, checklists, the paperwork that always eats an afternoon.

Spreadsheet work

Its output goes into the file you already open — not a note only it can read.

When it breaks

Most people who tried an agent quit when it broke.

That’s the real objection, and we’ll answer it head-on: the assistant will hit snags. The difference is that we watch it every few minutes and fix it before it becomes your problem. You’re not buying a tool that works until it doesn’t — you’re buying someone whose job is to keep it working. Owning the failures is the whole point.

FAQ

The questions worth asking.

What access does it need?

Only the specific tools the work touches — your email, a Dropbox folder, a spreadsheet. Access is scoped to the minimum, isolated to your business, and lives in your own accounts. We store none of your third-party passwords.

How are the ROI numbers calculated?

Value = the time a task would take a person (a baseline you agree with us) × your agreed hourly cost, counted only for work our team has verified. We don’t count revenue and we don’t compound estimates. The full methodology is published — it’s a moat, not a secret.

What happens if it breaks?

We monitor it every few minutes and fix it before you notice. If something material happens, a human tells you — after it’s handled, or during if it matters. Quiet recovery is the point.

What if we part ways?

You keep your data and your files — they were always in your accounts. We hand over cleanly and shut the assistant down. No lock-in.

Is it fully autonomous?

No — and anyone who promises that is setting you up to churn. It gets most of the way on the right tasks and you finish the last stretch. An 80%-done result on work you hated doing is a real win.

When can I actually get one?
